Kaishandao’s new single Hearsay is out now!
Re-werked from the dancefloor to the DAW, Hearsay captures one of the staple grooves of Kaishandao’s ever-evolving live hardware set, composed and constructed over an unprecedented year of weekend-to-weekend club gigs across post-epidemic China.
Cutting frantic shapes between sips of Minimal, House, Garage and RnB, Hearsay weaves a woozy narrative of unlikely bedfellows from ‘00s era DC and Mariah, a crowd-funded Xinjiang rapper and herbman Congo Natty.
This is a harbinger of fresh releases – Kaishandao’s debut EP ‘Homeland’ will be released on 21 May 2021.
